Harry Range is the founder of DreamJob Co., a career accelerator focused on helping students and young professionals prepare for competitive internships and full-time roles.

Harry attended the Smith School of Business, where he was also a student-athlete, balancing the demands of academics, athletics, and the highly competitive recruiting process. Like many students, he navigated the challenges of networking, preparing for interviews, and securing both internship and full-time opportunities early in his career.

Today, Harry is the founder of RangePoint Transportation and is actively involved in hiring and developing young professionals, interviewing candidates and bringing new graduates onto his team every few months. Having experienced both sides of the hiring process - as a candidate and now as a hiring manager, he brings a practical, real-world perspective to interview preparation.
